One will never forget how Bape transformed itself from Japan street wear into a world wide icon. Now that this Japan rock star is setting up another trademark. Nigo has been Cici’s idol in my high school days. I’m not going to say again about Bape collection here. Let’s get back to BBC.

It might be due to the influence of Nigo’s typical style, BBC has the same concept in the t-shirt design. Simple yet mass appealing. I’m really not sure about how many times this phrase it going to appear unless Nigo or Nigo-influenced-designers are extinct. Alright, I know this sounds too serious or biased. You might claim that there are a lot of other simple yet mass appealing t-shirt iconic designs just like Paul Frank and others that we are going to explore. However I have seen the establishment of the trademark of A Bathing Ape and how many people are wearing Baby Milo t-shirts. I have seen this trend not only in my country but when I went UK, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Bangkok and Korea. The trend evolved from Japan and swept across the continents.

What you need is a theme in the process of promoting the next super star brand. BBC says,” Wealth is of the heart and mind. Not the pocket.” Thus Cici assume the design of sports cars, sexy girls, casinos and dices and slot machines, etc, in the t-shirts is to reflect the theme in an irony way. Superb.
